The North Lambton Community Health Centre (NLCHC), based in Forest, Ontario, is a community-governed, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of residents in Lambton County. It offers a wide range of primary health care services through a multidisciplinary team including family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and therapists. Beyond clinical care, NLCHC provides numerous free health promotion and disease prevention programs accessible to all county residents, covering areas such as chronic disease management, diabetes education, mental health support, harm reduction, and wellness workshops. With multiple locations in Forest, Kettle Point, Sarnia, and Watford, NLCHC is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and supported.
