The North Lambton Community Health Centre (NLCHC), based in Forest, Ontario, is a community-governed, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of residents in Lambton County. It offers a wide range of primary health care services through a multidisciplinary team including family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and therapists.
