Service Description:
|
Provides in home/short breaks, out of home respite for overnight(weekend) periods as well as more specialized respite during the week/after school for children with disabilities up to the age of 18.
Provides families who have children with special needs a period of relief by assisting families to seek funding for in home or community based respite.
Provides community based therapeutic respite for children receiving treatment at local children's mental health centers.
Funding and service is provided as resources and space are available
