Service Description: 128-bed long-term care home * residential care for 76 private rooms and 52 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

LEVEL OF CARE:

Heavy Care: Requires total care with most or all activities of daily living, with complex care nursing needs and/or behavioural management difficulties.
