Service Description:

Individual and couples counselling therapy services for adults, teens, and children ages 8 and up. Support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, depression, stress and burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and self-esteem. Therapeutic approach includes narrative therapy, a non-blaming method that helps clients reconnect with their strengths and values, and expressive arts is an optional creative support. In-person sessions available evenings and weekends and by virtual appointment. Direct billing available for most major insurers including Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, and Greenshield. Registered Social Worker (RSW) services.
