Position:  Adminstrator

Region:  Sarnia – Lambton

Description:   Steeves and Rozema Group is currently seeking an Administrator for their Afton Park Place Long Term Community in Sarnia. The Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the home, including human resources, physical and financial resources. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the successful candidate supports the values of the company and liaises with community agencies and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
• Successfully completed or are enrolled in a Long Term Care Management Program in accordance with the LTCHA
• Previous management experience in long term care and education in business, financial and human resources management is desired
• Computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Strong working knowledge of LTC legislation and MOHLTC/MOL compliance


Salary:  To be negotiated

Terms of Employment:  Full-Time
