Service Description: 140-bed long-term care home * residential care for 58 private rooms, 20 semi-private rooms, and 62 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

RESIDENT CARE SERVICES: Assistance with activities of daily living, Oxygen (Concentrator, Liquid), Inhalation Therapy, Suctioning, Dressing (Aseptic, Sterile), Care of Decubitus, Removal of Skin Closures, Drain Care and Removal, Ostomy Care, Catheter Care (Indwelling, Supra Pubic, Intermittent, and Irrigation), Palliative Care, Intermittent Subcutaneous Injection, Tube Feeding, Peg Care, Feeding Assistance, and Speech/Language Pathology

FACILITY INFIRMARY: Part of facility if required

FACILITY LIFESTYLE - PERMISSIONS: No smoking, alcohol permitted

FURNITURE POLICY: May bring own furniture, limited to what room size will allow and must be able to provide care

MEAL PLAN/SERVICE TYPES: Dining room service, Cooking on-site, family meals available if pre-arranged (cost involved)

PHYSICIAN VISIT FREQUENCY: 4 days a month on site visits

RESTRAINT METHOD: Least restraint policy - side rails and seat belts
