Service Description:

Personalized in-home care designed to keep older adults in their homes and remain independent, healthy and safe * program helps relieve stress due to supporting an aging parent or loved one * support workers will design a care plan based on needs
Services include:- light housekeeping
- preparing meals
- laundry assistance
- companionship
- shopping assistance
- Snow Angels (shovel municipal sidewalk)
