Service Description: Program delivers best practice clinical mental health and addictions services

Inpatient Psychiatric services with 21 beds * Psychiatric Assessment Nurse (PAN) * Withdrawal Management Service with 10 beds * Community Based services * Outpatient Services * Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Application: A referral is required only if seeing a psychiatrist * Self referrals can be made to counsellors
Waiting Period: Varies - two to four weeks * Possibly longer to see a psychiatrist
Eligibility / Target Population: Must be a resident of Chatham-Kent
Languages: English
Language Notes: Interpreter arrangements can be made
