Service Description: Pathways Health Centre for Children’s School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) program provides Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy (PT), and some Speech/Language Therapy (SLP), for students in grades JK-12.  These services are supported through Pathways SBRS clinicians in the following four publicly funded school boards:
  • Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB)
  • St. Clair Catholic District School Board (SCCDSB)
  • Conseil scolaire catholique Providence
  • Conseil scolaire Viamonde.
Please contact your child’s school team to discuss concerns and/or to start referral process.

Fees: There is no cost of most of our services
Application: Referrals accepted by School Principal/Resource Teacher. Contact your child’s school team to discuss concerns and/or to start referral process.
