Needs assessed and action plan developed * Action plan will provide strategies to address barriers that may arise when doing a job search * May include referrals to other programs, agencies or one of the PEP sessions
Follow up four weeks after assessment * Review of action plan to determine progress * If needed, assessor can refer to other agencies or programs
