Service Description:

The Community Support Centre of Essex County (CSC), established in 1983, provides innovative, client-centred health and community support services. Serving over 5000 clients annually, CSC offers programs such as Meals on Wheels, CareLink Health Transit, and social programs.
The 2024-2029 strategic plan, "Passionate People Serving Communities," focuses on organizational excellence, sustainability, and community support, featuring activities like staff training, new program development, and capital improvements to ensure CSC continues to meet the evolving needs of Essex County.
